Marketing Executive

  • Compile marketing strategy and plan
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment
  • compiling and referring to source reports
  • evaluate and review marketing campaigns to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
  • Maintain relationships with key exhibition partners
  • Creative input into the marketing campaign
  • Copy writing including; sales communications, prospective visitor communications, and visitor conversion commuinications
  • Work with sales to innovatively promote the exhibitions to potential and current exhibitors
  • Visitor marketing campaign
  • Book, implement and monitor advertising campaigns
  • Print all necessary marketing materials
  • Compile HTML eshots
  • Social media promotion
  • To maintain exhibition information on the exihibition website to the highest standard
  • Oversee and manage exhibition budget
  • Continuous research into new publications and websites to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Lead external agencies, when appropriate – Media Buying, PR etc
  • Activity onsite at exhibitions:
  • Liaise with clients at the event
  • Source exhibitor testimonials
  • Source visitor testimonials
  • Oversee photography and videography
  • Manage media supporters
